Company Qualification Requirements
1. Company must be a “union friendly” firm committed to equal opportunity, on-site safety, and fair wages. This commitment must also be demonstrated by the company’s good faith willingness to permit its workers to organize and to abide by the agreements made contractually between union representatives of its workers and management.
2. Company must have a track record of providing high-quality products and/or services to unions, union members or organizations closely allied with union concerns.
3. Company can not be under litigation, boycott, or investigation by any union organization for violations of worker rights, security, safety or contract agreements.
